Noldor’s engineering and operations are entirely U.S.-based, with a delivery culture intentionally aligned to government and defense use cases.

Team members have held senior technical and operational roles at organizations such as SpaceX, Tesla, Porsche, and Apple, and include former special operators and veteran officers from the U.S. armed forces. This experience spans deployment, sustainment, and operations in austere and contested environments where reliability, logistics efficiency, and execution under pressure are essential.
